Hi, I’m Natania.

Thank you for being here. I know how overwhelming and vulnerable it can feel trying to find the right therapist...especially when you’re already carrying so much on your own.
That’s why I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and safe to show up exactly as you are.
I’m a trauma-informed counsellor with over 15 years experience in holistic care who can support you in navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and relationship patterns that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
Many of my clients appear capable and put together on the outside, while internally feeling exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to slow down and care for themselves.

Through navigating my own life experiences, I understand firsthand the isolation and strain that can come from carrying so much alone while trying to hold everything together.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system awareness. Through studies in somatic healing, yoga, mindfulness, and professional counselling, I've developed a holistic and trauma-informed approach that supports your deeper emotional healing and self-understanding.
